St. Finbarr

A Light Breakfast will be served after the Mass on Sunday, May 5 for the First Holy Communion class, their families, and parishioners. Please call Theresa Wolff to help serve at 507-251-8178. Thank you.

Education Endowment Fund Scholarship applications are available in the Narthex and are being accepted until May 5. High school seniors who meet the criteria are eligible to apply. The scholarships are made possible because of donations by generous parishioners, as well as money raised at parish events for the St. Finbarr’s Education Endowment Fund.

Thank You to the following for donating Easter flowers for the altar: Steve & Marie Churchill, John & Carol Warmka, Troy & Denice Gehling, Lon & Susan Baldus, Dom & Dawn Stier, Al & Lori Stier in memory of deceased family members and Brad & Theresa Wolff in memory of Jason Wolff.

Take Advantage of the Sharing Library in the narthex. There are a few books to get started on the top shelf. If you like a book, take it home. Share your time reading it with your family and/or share your inspiration with others. Then if you have a book at home, bring it and add it to the library for others to enjoy. There is no cost, no checkout process, just take a book and be inspired and blessed.

Contact Tye Davis if you are interested in reserving St. Finbarr social hall.

Volunteers are Needed for delivering meal-on-wheels. Please contact Theresa Wolff at 507-251-8178 to volunteer or if you have any questions.

Poinsettias: Thank you to everyone who donated poinsettias for the church altar: John & Carol Warmka, Al & Lori Stier, Troy & Denice Gehling, Dom & Dawn Stier, Steve & Marie Churchill, Leo & Millie Barnes and Alice Snyder in memory of deceased family members. Support envelopes for 2024 and Lector Workbooks are available in the back of church.

Effective immediately we will no longer use the Activity List Phone Chain for communication. Mass cancellations will be found on KTTC. Funeral communications will be through email and Facebook. If you need to update your cell/telephone number/email address please contact Jenny Gehling.
