St. Finbarr


Pill Bottle Collection: we will not be collecting pill bottles at the church during the Covid-19 pandemic.

The Sacrament of First Holy Communion was celebrated at St. Finbarr Catholic Church in Grand Meadow, MN on Saturday, July 11th. Congratulations to the following students:

Blood Drive: Every two seconds someone in the US needs blood. Please consider giving blood on Friday, August 21, 2020 from 1 pm - 7 pm at the Spring Valley Community Center @ 200 S. Broadway, Spring Valley, MN. To schedule an appointment call 1-800-733-2767 or visit and enter: Spring Valley MN. 

Weekday Masses: There will be weekday Public Masses only at St. Ignatius on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday mornings at 8:30 am. Masks are required and social distancing is mandatory. 

How to be a Steward of your parish: If you would like to serve your parish by becoming an Usher, Lector, Eucharistic Minister, Gift Bearer or Counter, please let Fr. Marreddy (507-346-7565), Jenny Gehling (507-251-7929) or Joyce Arndorfer (507-440-3692) know. We will train you and put you on our schedule. Thank you!

Congratulations to the following Grand Meadow Seniors who graduated this year. Please join me in wishing these seniors the best of luck as they start the next chapter of their lives. Pray that they continue to follow the path that Jesus has laid out for them and continue to be active members of their catholic faith.
