•Word Among Us Books: The advent books are available in the back of the church for you to use as we prepare for Christmas.
•Tri-Parish Reconciliation: will be held on Wednesday, Dec. 12 at St. Finbarr Catholic Church in Grand Meadow @ 6:30 pm.
•The Annual Spring Valley Community Christmas Dinner will be held at Faith United Methodist Church, 617 Maple Lane in Spring Valley on Tuesday December 25th at noon. The dinner is for those who may be alone, have special circumstances, or would simply like to be with others for a meal on Christmas Day. Area churches work together by donating food and workers. Please sign-up in the church entry if you are able to help. There are also sign-up sheets if you will need a ride to the dinner of if you need a meal delivered to your home. There is no cost for the meal, but a free will offering basket will be available for those who would like to contribute. All proceeds go to the Spring Valley Area Ministerial Association and help those in our community.
•Mass for Consecrated Life: The annual celebration of the World Day for Consecrated Life, initiated by the Holy See, occurs on the Feast of the Presentation, February 2. However, in order to facilitate travel across the diocese for those attending, the 2019 celebration will be held Wednesday, May 22. Bishop Quinn will celebrate Mass for the consecrated men and women serving the Diocese of Winona-Rochester at 12:10 pm at the Cathedral of the Sacred Heart, and a luncheon will follow. The Mass and luncheon will be hosted by the consecrated virgins of the diocese. Priests are welcome to co-celebrate and Deacons are welcome to vest, and all consecrated men and women are welcome. Invitations will be forthcoming in the spring.
•Steubenville: Save the Date! The Steubenville-Rochester Conference "Belong" will be held from July 12-14, 2019. Early bird cost of $340 lasts through January 16! Registration details will be sent out to Youth Leaders and added to the DOW-R website in early December.
Tri-Parish Tables & Chairs:The tables and chairs at all three parishes are church property and are never to be used outside of the church or borrowed by parishioners. If you have any questions regarding this policy contact Father.
