• Poinsettias for Christmas: If you would like to donate a poinsettia for Christmas please let Joyce Arndorfer know. The cost is $10.

• Volunteer Needed: St. Patrick's CCW (Council of Catholic Women) is looking for a volunteer to be in charge of our annual turkey and ham dinner beginning in 2019 and every other year thereafter. If you are interested or willing to do this, please call Barb Payne at 507-273-2831. Thank you for your consideration.
 

• New Hall Use Policy: A new St. Patrick Hall Use Policy has been created by the Finance Council and Trustees. Registered tri-parish members are invited to reserve the St. Patrick hall, serving area and kitchen by contacting Elaine Mills at 507-440-0674. See the St. Patrick tab on the tri-parish website for the complete policy, deposit and fee information.
 
* Father’s Fund: If you would like to help support Father’s Fund, please put your donation in an envelope marked Father’s Fund and put in the collection basket. This fund is for Father to use throughout the year to help people who need gas, food, etc. Thank you for your generosity!
* PLEASE NOTE a Mass Time Change!! The Christmas Eve Mass schedule published in the November 26th bulletin was incorrect. The Christmas Eve Mass at St. Patrick’s is at 5:00 pm, and the Christmas Eve Mass at St. Ignatius is at 6:00 pm.

* LENTEN PREPARATION: How do you become closer to family and friends? Don't you have to spend time with them and get to know them? Come take the time to deepen your relationship with Christ this upcoming Lenten season! Sessions will start Jan. 13, 2018 from 7-8:30 p.m. at the St. Ignatius Parish hall. We will discover a deeper prayer life the first 6 weeks, and conclude the last 4 weeks with focusing on the healing powers of confession (attend both sessions or just one). Book cost for first 6 weeks is $9, or you can print your own materials off the FORMED website. Come and be a part of the group study, or get a book and follow at home! Please sign up in St. Ignatius entry by Dec. 27th to assure the lower price for books or call Amy Mulhern (507-421-1929) with questions/sign-up/book purchases.

The following is the St. Patrick Hall Use Policy that is effective immediately:
 
 
St. Patrick Church of LeRoy, MN Hall Use Policy

All registered members of the tri-parish (St. Patrick in LeRoy, St. Finbarr in Grand Meadow and St. Ignatius in Spring Valley) may use the church hall, serving area and/or kitchen for approved functions by contacting Elaine Mills at 507-440-0674. Elaine will track the use to ensure there are no conflicting events.

For all approved functions, a $50 deposit submitted to Elaine prior to the event will be required. The deposit will be returned if all tables and chairs are replaced the way they were originally set up, the church is locked and the hall, serving area and kitchen are left clean (trash is removed, floor is swept, tables, chairs, counters and sinks are wiped clean, the linens are cleaned and returned, and all food is removed.)

Additionally, registered St. Finbarr and St. Ignatius parishioners are asked to give a $50 per day donation to St. Patrick Church for use of the facilities. Registered St. Patrick parishioners are welcome to give a free will donation at their discretion.

Use of the hall does not include use of church supplies such as paper plates, napkins, Styrofoam cups, coffee, lemonade, etc.
